TaylorMade have completed their Stealth lineup for 2022 with the introduction of two new utility irons which seek to bridge the gap between a golfer's shortest fairway wood and longest iron.
Featuring the same SpeedFoam Air as in the P790 irons, the Stealth UDI and Stealth DHY are designed to offer different ball flight characteristics depending on the need of the golfer, with optimal launch, distance and playability.
With Stealth UDI and DHY, we designed two different, yet similar options to provide versatility and forgiveness that can be a massive advantage for golfers in between their fairway woods and longest irons.
By incorporating SpeedFoam Air from our P790 irons and re-imagining the shaping of both UDI and DHY, we created the opportunity for the everyday golfer to be able to rely on two different options at the top of the bag: Stealth UDI with a lower trajectory and penetrating ball flight and Stealth DHY that flies a little higher and lands softer.
With these products, golfers will be able to take flight in the ways that best suits their game and properly gap the top of their bags.

Both the Stealth UDI and DHY feature a number of TaylorMade's existing technologies, including some which have been added to their utility irons for the first time.
The forged 4140 steel L-Face with inverted cone technology combines with a Thru-Slot Speed Pocket on the sole to provide distance, forgiveness and workability.
The new SpeedFoam Air is 69% less dense than previous SpeedFoam and this helps to save weight, which can be redistributed elsewhere in the head to optimise CG without sacrificing sound or feel.
Both irons also feature a new 'mirror polish black chrome' on the toe, as well as a slight hint of red which is said to tie in with the rest of the Stealth family.
TaylorMade Stealth UDI
The Stealth UDI is a driving iron which is designed to provide both control and versatility, making it a viable option from both the tee and the deck. With a low launch and mid-to-low spin in a forgiving design, TaylorMade say it is built for forgiving long iron shots and stingers alike.
The UDI has a more traditional look at address with Tour-inspired shaping, a narrow sole than the DHY and less offset than previous TaylorMade UDIs.
The weight screw placement is right behind the centre of the club face, positioning the club's CG to lower the ball flight and giving golfers enough spin to be able to shape shots with easier workability.
Compared to the P790 UDI, the Stealth UDI has a similar CG but with a wider sole which provides better playability.
TaylorMade Stealth DHY
The Stealth DHY is designed for power and forgiveness with a mid-to-low ball flight, producing the distance of a hybrid whilst retaining an iron-like profile.
The DHY has been designed with a larger, more friendly look at address, a longer blade length and a wider sole to make striking the ball as easy as possible.
The DHY sees weight placed on the sole of the club, which lowers the CG and makes the club more forgiving and easier to launch in a similar vein to a hybrid rather than a traditional iron.
Both the Stealth UDI and Stealth DHY are available at retail from 15th July and will be offered with an RRP of £219, along with Aldila Ascent Black grips and Super Stroke S-Tech grips.
The Stealth UDI is available in 18°, 20° and 23°, with the DHY available in 17°, 19°, 22° and 25°.
